GlowSketchPad Frequently Asked Questions

We want your experience with GlowSketchPad to be simple, clear and enjoyable. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If you need further assistance, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.


1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.

During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes.


2. How is the GlowSketchPad packaged?

Your GlowSketchPad™ is shipped securely in a protective cardboard box to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.

At this time, the product does not include retail or gift-style packaging, and gift wrapping is not available.


3. What’s included in the box?

Each order includes:

  • 1 × GlowSketchPad™

  • Drawing pens (as shown on the product page)

  • Charging cable

  • Cleaning cloth

The product is shipped in a secure, protective cardboard box.


4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within one hour of being placed. After this time, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.


6. What is your refund and return policy?

Our full refund and replacement terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Because our store operates on limited-time promotional pricing, all items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.


7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or not working?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not lighting up, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number along with clear photos or video showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost where applicable.


8. What if my order is delayed or missing?

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with tracking.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit and not delivered, we will resend your order. If tracking confirms delivery, GlowSketchPad is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.


9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.


10. Is the GlowSketchPad suitable as a gift?

GlowSketchPad™ makes a great gift for children aged 3 years and older.

Please note that the product is shipped in a protective cardboard box and does not include gift wrapping.
