GlowSketchPad Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GlowSketchPad. We aim to keep our policies clear and transparent. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. All Sales Are Final, No Change of Mind

All items sold on GlowSketchPad are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong item
• Ordering the wrong colour or style
• Ordering the wrong quantity
• Deciding you no longer want the item after purchase

Once an order is placed, it is considered final.


2. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.

In rare circumstances, we may be able to cancel an order within one hour of placement if it has not yet entered processing with our fulfilment partner. After this time, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, does not light up, or you receive the incorrect item or colour, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or video showing the issue

If a replacement is not available, a refund may be offered at our discretion.


4. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 12 business days. During peak periods, including promotions and holidays, processing may take an additional 3 to 4 business days.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are sold as final sale, we do not accept returns. Items will not be refunded or replaced if they:

• Have been opened or used
• Have been damaged through misuse or normal wear
• Are returned without approval
• Are sent back without proof of purchase


6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If tracking information shows a package as delivered, GlowSketchPad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If a package shows no tracking movement for an extended period or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will resend the order. Refunds are not issued for shipping delays.


7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in limited circumstances, including:
• A confirmed defective item with no replacement available
• An order confirmed lost in transit and unable to be resent

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can assist.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before our replacement or resolution process is completed violates our Terms & Conditions. If a chargeback is filed prematurely, we will submit order documentation including order confirmation, fulfilment records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communications to the payment processor or bank for review.

We are committed to resolving issues directly and fairly and ask that you contact us before opening a dispute.
