Thank you for shopping at GlowSketchPad. We aim to make our shipping process clear, transparent, and easy to understand. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Product Origin & Fulfilment
To ensure availability and timely delivery, orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on stock levels and customer location. This may include fulfilment from international facilities.
All GlowSketchPad™ products are quality-checked prior to shipment to ensure they meet our standards.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days after processing, depending on your location and local courier services.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timelines.
4. Shipping Delays & FTC Compliance
If we are unable to meet the stated delivery timeframe, we will notify you with updated information where possible. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors do not qualify for refunds.
5. Packaging Information
Your GlowSketchPad™ is shipped in secure, protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
At this time, products do not include retail or gift-style packaging, and gift wrapping is not available.
6. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.
7. International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. Delivery times may vary by destination and customs clearance.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
9. Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit and was not delivered, we will resend the order at no additional cost.
If tracking confirms delivery, this constitutes fulfilment of the order. GlowSketchPad is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
10. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
GlowSketchPad is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Orders returned or lost due to address errors are not eligible for refunds, and reshipping costs may apply.
If you notice an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can assist before shipment.
